We complete a cradle-to-grave workflow blueprint of current state, future state and gap analysis on phone logs, conflict list, calendaring, caseload, invoicing, contact list, document storage and trust accounting, and task management.
Law Firm Optimization:
We stage over five years of key data from all existing systems and migrate to a world-class end-to-end case management system. We built integrated workflows for state litigation, federal litigation and non-litigation negotiations to track and manage from first point of contact to final client hand-over, including integrated on-line billing, client portal, financial reporting, trust accounting and firm dashboard.
